About me
As a Nurse, I have worked in acute and critical care, chronic disease management and respiratory & sleep medicine for over 12 years. I have been privileged to witness newborns take their first breath, to hold the hand of those taking their last, and everything else in between. My work has revealed time and time again the untold effects and negative impacts of stress and trauma on a person’s health and wellbeing.
Disillusioned by the band aid approach often offered in Western medicine, I began to seek new, alternative and more holistic ways to promote and maintain optimal health and wellbeing. This led me to train in many different disciplines and methods in my search to help those who suffer physically, mentally and/or emotionally. Reiki, Seichem, Meditation, Mindfulness, Crystal Healing, Astrology and Numerology to name but a few.
My own experience of stress and burnout in 2017 began to awaken the realities of my own everyday ‘existence’ and forced me to look at my life from a new perspective. Since then, I have travelled extensively, studied relentlessly and transformed my life completely using the same practices and methods I now offer in service to others. Blending ancient Eastern, Western and Middle Eastern teachings and philosophies, I also work intuitively to provide a unique and personalised service to clients of all ages and ailments. I believe that stress, limitations imposed on us by others and ourselves, the constraints of our past and the often harsh lessons in the school of life can leave us feeling lost, confused and longing for love, light and healing in our lives.
Unless we uncover the source of our stress and unhappiness – and choose to remove it – we will always be in the grip of its control.
